# 3.3 Samenwerkend Leren en Projecten

Samenwerking is een centraal thema in Agile leerpraktijken. Samenwerkend leren en projecten bevorderen teamwork, creativiteit en aanpasbaarheid. Deze benadering omvat het vormen van teams, waarbij studenten worden gegroepeerd in teams die samenwerken om taken en projecten te voltooien.

Projectgebaseerd leren (PBL) is gebruikelijk in Agile onderwijs en vereist dat studenten deelnemen aan real-world projecten die onderzoek, probleemoplossing en creatieve oplossingen vereisen.

Volgens het Project Management Institute (PMI) omvat een [typisch projectmanagementproces](https://www.smartsheet.com/blog/demystifying-5-phases-project-management) de volgende fasen:
